When your trade-in reaches "completed" status — after we inspect your phone and send your payout. Your tier is locked at that moment based on how many orders have been completed before yours.
No. Points are a loyalty tracker, not a currency. They aren't redeemable for money and can't be transferred between accounts.
Right now they track your early participation. When we launch our governance token, points may be relevant to protocol ownership — we'll announce the conversion mechanics ahead of launch. We're not promising specifics today.
