How it works
Lower fees. Higher payouts.
More money in your pocket.
We use AI and smart contracts to cut out the middlemen — and pass the savings back to you. Phones are just the start.
What we solve
Every existing option has a tradeoff. Solana gives us new tools — sub-cent settlement, on-chain escrow, trustless finality — that let us strip out the middleman cost without losing the trust.
13%+ final value fee, optional promoted listing ~4%. 3–21 days to get paid. Chargeback window up to 180 days.
3% total on our marketplace (1% buyer + 2% seller). USDC settles in 400ms. No chargebacks once delivery confirms on-chain.
Store credit only — can't use it outside Apple. Typical offer is 40–60% of market value.
Cash in your Venmo, PayPal, or USDC wallet. You can spend it anywhere. Our prices beat Apple by 30–50% on most models.
3% seller fee plus 3.49% + $0.49 PayPal processing. PayPal holds funds 21 days. Account freezes are common.
Flat 2% seller fee on our marketplace. USDC can't be held or frozen by a payment processor — it moves on-chain when escrow releases.
The common pattern: trust is held by middlemen who can freeze funds, reverse transactions, or set the price. Solana + on-chain escrow lets us replace the middleman with code.
Today
Every quote is HMAC-signed server-side — no price manipulation possible between browser and submit. Every shipment carries carrier-insured declared value. Every payout flows through Venmo, PayPal, or USDC at the customer's choice.
Pick your phone, condition, carrier. Our pricing engine reads live wholesale data and returns a signed quote in 30 seconds. Quote is locked for 30 minutes server-side.
Free prepaid UPS or FedEx label with carrier-native declared-value insurance auto-applied over $150. Signature-on-delivery required over $500.
We inspect within 24 hours. Payout sent the same day via your chosen method. On-chain receipts for USDC, reference IDs logged for Venmo/PayPal.
The moat
The next phase is peer-to-peer: any user lists a phone, any buyer purchases it, and our escrow contract holds USDC until delivery is confirmed. 15 instructions cover every state transition — funding, shipment, delivery, timeouts, disputes, and arbitrated resolution.
create_escrowfund_escrowconfirm_shipmentconfirm_deliveryauto_releaseclose_escrowcancel_escrowexpire_fundingexpire_shippingopen_disputeresolve_disputeinitialize_arbitrationUSDC sits in a program-derived account — not our treasury, not PayPal's balance sheet. We can't freeze it, reverse it, or access it.
Every state has a deadline. Funding, shipping, and inspection each have their own expiry — no indefinite holds, no silent freezing.
Most disputes are clear from tracking + photos. AI pre-screens and resolves the obvious ones in minutes. Edge cases escalate to human review. Both parties can appeal.
Why Solana
Confirmations in the time it takes to blink. No "is it settled yet?" anxiety.
Sending USDC costs a fraction of a cent. Profitable even on a $50 phone.
Room to grow from 100 orders/day to 100,000 without a fork.
USDC is native to the chain. Privy auto-creates embedded Solana wallets for email-only customers — they use crypto without knowing it. A buyer in Brazil can pay a seller in Texas in under a second for under a penny. That's not possible on any other chain at this maturity.
Season 1
Early participation earns weighted loyalty points. Tier is locked when your trade-in is paid out — no slot is burned by abandoned orders. Points may be relevant to future protocol ownership when we launch our governance token. They're not redeemable for money and not transferable between accounts.
The earliest supporters. Outsized weighting.
Believers who showed up in the second wave.
Finishing the opening cohort.
Season 2 will take a new shape.
Referrers earn at the same tier multiplier as the order they referred. If you bring in a Founder, your referrer share is also 5x. This is on purpose — it rewards the people who spread the word when it mattered most.
Where this goes
We buy phones directly. Venmo, PayPal, or USDC. Free insured shipping. This is what's live today.
Users sell to users with on-chain escrow. 1% buyer fee + 2% seller fee. Built. Hidden until buyback has volume.
Reward early sellers retroactively. Stake for fee discounts. Governance. Community-owned protocol.
Laptops. Consoles. Watches. Any physical good that benefits from escrowed P2P trading. The protocol generalizes.
Operating principles
Every quote carries an HMAC-SHA256 signature. Tampered prices are rejected at submit. No race conditions, no last-minute switcheroo.
Carrier-native declared value auto-applied over $150. Signature required over $500. Transparent, documented, uniform.
If Shippo is misconfigured, we 503 instead of generating mock tracking numbers. Fail loud, never mislead.
Admin can't record a Venmo/PayPal payment without logging a transaction reference. Every dollar has a paper trail.
